Tustin car accident attorney Settles Accident Case With Dash Cam Video

Recently an injury client of Kyle Scott was hit by another car in San Bernardino in California. While driving through an intersection a left-turning vehicle (which did not have the right of way) impacted the attorney’s client’s car, causing damage to the car, and injuries to the client. The attorney’s client had a video camera installed in the automobile and the whole collision was caught on video. It clearly showed the client had a green light and the right of way and that the oncoming driver was at fault.


If not for the video camera footage the insurance company of the other driver would not have settled for the amount the driver’s attorney got for the client. Once the insurance company’s defense attorney saw the footage she knew it would be very persuasive in court. The attorney settled the case for the at fault driver’s policy limit of $100,000 $100,000.
